Knowledge of basic Marketing principals
Experience directly supervising a team
Extensive knowledge of design principals, typography and design tools/applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task under pressure and with tight deadlines. Proven experience working in project Management software applications such as Basecamp, Trello, Sharepoint or similar
Knowledge of and ability to work in both Mac and PC platforms
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communication Design, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
Additional consideration given to those candidates with the following:
Two or more years’ experience in Marketing or similar field
Experience in Brand development, management or strategy
Experience using and leveraging analytics and market research
Experience working with printing companies and/or promotional goods vendors
Experience with media planning on social platforms
Fundraising and sponsorship experience
Experience working in Higher Education.
The Marketing and Promotions Coordinator will provide leadership, management and administration of the comprehensive marketing program for the Department of Campus Recreation.
The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the creative services lead for the Department of Campus Recreation and is responsible for developing, implementing and assessing the department’s integrated marketing plan. This position will also directly supervise student staff and interns.
